Product / Retail Sales:

No refunds, only exchanges are given on the purchase of products, for reasons of hygiene, exchanges can only be given to unopened/unused products. Grooming Service Sales: No refunds are given on the purchase of pre-booked online grooming services. All grooming services performed are guaranteed for 7 days after the date of the service for amendments only, free of charge. Gift-card sales can be used as part of full payment towards the purchase of services and retail goods at any Sam's Barbers. Any remaining balance left on a gift card can be spent on future purchases, no change will be given. Gift cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards, cannot be replaced.
